The Angara rocket family of launch vehicles is being developed at Moscow's Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center. Angara missions stationed in Vostochny might enter an orbit tilted between 51.7 and 64.8 degrees toward the Equator. It will consist of a single pad that can be used by Angara rockets.
