Midori, also known as Advanced Earth Observing Satellite (ADEOS), was a satellite mission developed by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), formerly known as the National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA). Midori (ADEOS) was designed to study Earth's environment and climate by observing various parameters such as atmospheric composition, oceanic conditions, land surfaces, and vegetation.
