Sentinel 2B
- ESA Satellite
Sentinel-2B is the twin satellite of Sentinel-2A, launched as part of the European Union's Copernicus program for Earth observation. It shares similar objectives with Sentinel-2A, aiming to provide high-resolution optical imaging of the Earth's surface to support various applications, including environmental monitoring, land use, agriculture, forestry, and disaster management. Sentinel-2B is equipped with the same Multi-Spectral Instrument (MSI) as Sentinel-2A, capturing images in 13 spectral bands with high spatial resolution and wide swath coverage.
