XO-VAC-PLUS Image

The XO-VAC-PLUS from Exobotics is a Thermal Vacuum Chamber with a vacuum range of 10-7 mbar to 1 atm. This CubeSat-compatible thermal vacuum chamber has a temperature range of -25 to 125 Degrees C and a heating power of up to 300 W. It has a cooling power of up to 150 W and a heating rate of up to 1.2 C/min. The TVAC requires an electrical input voltage of 230 V and has a power consumption of less than 1 kW. It has a total mass of 65 Kg and measures 1250 x 600 x 750 mm.

The XO-VAC-PLUS has a working volume of 8.4 L and a payload tray of dimensions 301 x 107 mm (3U Cubesat). It is used for testing satellite payloads by simulating the extreme environmental conditions of space.
