The ISL71590SEH from Renesas is a Space Qualified Temperature Sensor that is designed to measure temperatures in the range of -55°C to 125°C and also capable of operating up to +150°C. This temperature sensor’s 50 krad (Si) low dose rate (ELDRS) shift is less than 1°C. It has a high output impedance provides excellent rejection to variations in the supply line with linear output current of 1μA/K. The sensor requires a input supply of 4-33 V with a power consumption as low as 1.5mW. It is an ideal choice for remote sensing applications, RF power amplifier bias compensation, LCD bias compensation, laser diode bias compensation, sensor bias and linearization and data acquisition systems.
