The RTH06 MIL-PRF-23648/1 from QTI Sensing Solutions is a Space Qualified Temperature Sensor with an operating temperature range of -55 to 125 degrees C. This high-rel, military-grade sensor has a standard resistance range of 68-75 kohms (25 degrees C) and a power rating of 0.500 W (25 degrees C). It has a maximum thermal time constant of 80 seconds in still air and a minimum dissipation constant of 5 mW/degree C. The sensor meets or exceeds all of the requirements of MIL-PRF-23648 and is certified by the Defense Logistics Agency, qualified products list QPL-23648.
