The HLP-85 from Antrix Corporation Limited is a Space Qualified Temperature Sensor that uses φ1mm K-type thermocouple to sense the temperature. It has 520 bar hydraulic operating pressure and insulation resistance of greater than 10 M? at 45 VDC. This temperature sensor has PS2, PS4 and PS4M configurations with a sensitivity of 41 m V/°C. It uses basic element like Chromel/Alumel (K type thermocouple) with sheath and thermo well materials like AISI 304. This temperature sensor has a mass of 150 g with DBAS-Circular electrical connector and has successfully flown in all launch vehicle missions.
