The RH1280B from BAE Systems is a Space-Grade FPGA with a radiation tolerance of 100 Krad. It has a capacity of 12,000 system gates, 8,000 gate-array equivalent gates, 20,000 PLD-equivalent gates, 200 TTL-equivalent packages, and 80 20-pin PAL-equivalent packages. It has 624 S- and 608 C- modules, This rad-hardened has 998 flip-flops and 140 user I/Os. It has low single-event upset susceptibility, high-dose rate survivability, and latch-up immunity guaranteed. This non-volatile, user-programmable FPGA has a 172-lead ceramic quad flatpack and wide-input combinational functions. It has up to two high-speed, low-skew clock networks and two in-circuit diagnostic probe pins that support speed analysis to 50 MHz. This FPGA fabricated using a 0.8 μ epitaxial bulk complementary metal-oxide semiconductor process, is QML-certified and is ideal for military and defense applications.
