The RH1020B from BAE Systems is an FPGA with a radiation tolerance of 150 Krad. It has a capacity of 3000 system gates, 2000 gate-array equivalent gates, 6000 PLD-equivalent gates, 50 TTL-equivalent packages, and 20 20-pin PAL-equivalent packages. This rad-hardened FPGA has 547 C-logic modules with 273 flip-flops and 69 user I/Os. It has low single-event upset susceptibility, high-dose rate survivability, and latch-up immunity guaranteed. This non-volatile, user-programmable FPGA has an 84-lead ceramic quad flatpack and wide-input combinational functions. It has up to two high-speed, low-skew clock networks and two in-circuit diagnostic probe pins that support speed analysis to 50 MHz. This FPGA fabricated using a 0.8 µ epitaxial bulk complementary metal-oxide semiconductor process, is QML-certified and is ideal for military and defense applications.
