The CarboNIX from Exolaunch is a Separation System?that is designed for microsats weighing between 10 and 500 Kg. This separation system?comes in 8-24 inch diameter size and features a patented synchronous spring pusher system that deploys satellites smoothly and evenly minimizing the risk of damage to a satellite's sensitive optical payloads and electronic components. It uses an M6 or 1/4-28 fastener and has a flatness tolerance of 0.10 mm. The separation system has an?S-Ring mass of 0.185- 0.490 kg and an L-Ring mass of 1.4-3.75 kg. It has a TRL of 9 and has flight heritage on multiple launch vehicles.
