The PSLE-140-36D from Polaris is a Satellite Link Emulator that is designed for geostationary satellites. This emulator has a center frequency range of 140 MHz and an operating bandwidth of up to 36 MHz. It has an attenuation range of 0 to -40 dB and a maximum RF output power of -10 dBm. The emulator has a spurious of less than -45 dBc (In-band) and a return loss of -17.5 dB. It has a wide Doppler frequency shift range of -3 to +3 MHz and a low noise floor of -125 dBc/Hz. The emulator supports RS-422 or RS-485 interface for remote control and requires a voltage supply of 90-240 VAC. It measures 19 x 5.25 x 21 inches and is ideal for applications such as satellite modem testing, VSAT testing, satellite payload testing, UAV tests, earth terminal tests, satellite system integration test beds, and mobile transceiver tests.
