The Hawk Platform 12U from Argotec is a Satellite Platform with a payload capacity of 12 kg and a payload volume of up to 8 U. This CubeSat platform has a peak payload power of up to 40 W and a peak solar array power of 40W, 80W, or 120W. It features a 3-axis stabilized attitude control and is equipped with sun sensors, star trackers, and accelerometers for attitude determination. The platform has a data storage capacity of up to 64 GB and supports RS422, LVDS, SpaceWire, SPI, I2C, and CAN data bus interfaces. It has a telemetry radio transmitter data rate of 1 kbps to 100 Mbps (LEO) and a command radio receiver data rate of 100 bps to 30 Mbps (LEO). The platform uses a chemical propulsion system with an exhaust velocity of up to 160 m/s and an optional electric propulsion system with an exhaust velocity of up to 1 km/s. It can reach celestial bodies that are very far from earth and is suitable for missions in earth orbit.
