The TRK-14 from New Era Systems is a Satellite Beacon Receiver with an input frequency range of 10.96-12.75 GHz and a pre-detection bandwidth of 200 kHz. It has a frequency stability of +/- 5 ppm. This Ku band tracking receiver has minimum image rejection of 60dB and an input power VSWR of 1.3:1. The beacon receiver requires a voltage supply of 120-240 VAC and has a output voltage range of 10 V DC. It measures 19 x 19x 3.5 inches. The beacon receiver is used with step track antenna controllers to keep the earth station antenna precisely aligned with the tracking satellite.
