The NGC-004-02 from Kratos Defense & Security Solutions is a Satellite Beacon Receiver with a frequency range of 930-2300 MHz and a pre-detection bandwidth of 2-250 kHz. It has a frequency resolution of 1 kHz steps and a frequency stability of +/- 1.0 ppm. This VSAT beacon receiver has a image rejection of more than 40 dB and a bandwidth of 16kHz to 500kHz. It can track a signal deviation of up to ±150 kHz at a rate up to 10 kHz/sec caused by source frequency drift or Doppler shift. It has a dynamic range of up to 110 dB and minimum C/No value of 35dB/Hz. The beacon receiver is capable of receiving beacons from all commercial and military satellites including NATO, Skynet, DSCS, WGS, and ARSTRAT.
