The UET50A09A from Gilat Satellite Networks is a SATCOM Transceiver with a transmit frequency range of 13.75-14.5 GHz and a receive frequency range of 10.7-12.75 GHz. It has an IF frequency range of 950-2150 MHz and a small signal gain of 68 dB (Tx) and 50 dB (Rx). This transceiver has a saturated output power of 47 dBm and an output VSWR of 1.5:1. It has a maximum noise figure of 6 dB and a minimum image rejection of 30 dB.  The transceiver requires an AC power supply of 115 V and has a power consumption of 500 W. It has a mass of 7 Kg and measures 46.2 x 32.5 x 9.1 cm. The UET50A09A incorporates state-of-the-art GaN technology and meets the requirements of RTCA/DO-160G and ARINC specifications. It is airborne qualified for commercial and military applications.
