The MCH (4020) from Ohmcraft is a Space Qualified Resistor with a resistance range of 10 KOhm to 50 GOhms. This thick-film high-voltage chip resistor has an extended TCR range of up to 200 ppm/ degrees C. It has a power rating of 2 W and a voltage rating of 4000 V. The resistor features patented Micropen precision printing technology that provides ultra-precision and thick-film high-voltage rating. It has a tolerance range of 0.1-20% and the parts are packed in accordance with EIA-481 tape and reel specifications. The resistor is constructed using a thick film resistive element and a 96% alumina substrate.
