The STARBUCK-NANO from AAC Clyde Space is a Power Conditioning and Distribution Unit (PCDU) designed to support 1U, 2U, and 3U CubeSats with body-mounted solar panels. This PCDU has regulated power buses of 3.3V, 5V, and 12V and power distribution modules with 10 Latching Current Limiters for advanced power management. It has a maximum battery voltage of 8.2 V and supports an I2C interface. The PCDU has a radiation tolerance of 10 KRad and a design life of 5 years in low-earth orbit. It employs Maximum Power Point Tracking that enables an efficient battery charge mechanism. The STARBUCK-NANO has a mass of 86 g and measures 95.89 × 90.17 ×16.2 mm. It is optimized for low-earth orbit CubeSat missions.
