The QT625L from Q-Tech Corporation is a Space Qualified Oscillator with an operating frequency range of 0.75-150 MHz. This oscillator requires a supply voltage of 2.97-3.63 V and a supply current of 15-30 mA. It has a frequency stability of 5-65 ppm and provides square wave output with a rise/fall time of 2.5-5 nsec. This oscillator has a radiation tolerance of up to 100 kRad (Si) and comes in a hermetically sealed, 20-pin FlatPack measuring 15.88 x 15.88 x 3.81 mm. It is screened to MIL-PRF-55310, modified MIL-PRF-38534 and is suitable for space flight missions.
