The CMD251C3 from Qorvo is a Space Qualified RF Mixer with an RF frequency range of 4 - 8.5 GHz and an IF frequency range of DC-2.2 GHz. This mixer has a conversion loss of 7 dB and an input IP3 of 21 dBm. It has a LO to RF isolation of 45 dB and an RF to IF isolation of 25 dB.
