The CMD180C3 from Qorvo is a Space-Qualified RF Mixer that is designed for up-and-down converting applications. It has an RF frequency of 20-32 GHz and a wide IF frequency of DC-10 GHz. This fundamental mixer has a low conversion loss of 7 - 11 dB and an input IP3 of 18 dBm. It has a high isolation of 27-38 dB, an RF-IF isolation of 16-26 dB, and a power dissipation of 99.8 mW. The CMD180C3 has very high isolation to both the RF and IF ports due to the optimized balun structures and can operate with an LO drive level as low as +9 dBm. It can easily be configured as an image reject mixer or single sideband modulator with external hybrids and power splitters.
