The CYRS1643KV18 from Infineon Technologies is a Space Qualified Memory with storage capacity of 144 Mb density and 8M × 18 configuration with four-word burst mode. This SRAM has a maximum operating frequency of 300 MHz and a maximum operating current of 780 mA. It is equipped with 1.8 V QDR II+ Four-word burst architecture with Cypress’s state-of-the-art RadStop technology with a radiation tolerance of up to 200 Krad total dose and a latch up immunity of 120 MeV.cm2/mg. The SRAM features separate independent read and write data ports for concurrent transactions and double data rate (DDR) interfaces on both read and write ports.
