The MAG28 from LusoSpace is a Magnetometer provides three-axis analogue readings of the surrounding magnetic field, and it is housed in a compact enclosure for easy integration. This magnetometer has a dynamic field range of +/- 70000 nT and a noise of less than 40 nT (2σ). It has a linearity of +/- 0.2 % and an offset value of 500 nT. The magnetometer has a bandwidth of 50 Hz and has space heritage of PROBA-2, AEOLUS, RADARSAT and PRISMA mission. It requires a supply voltage of 15-40 V and has a power consumption of 1 W. The magnetometer features AMR technology and is fully qualified for space applications according to ECSS (ESA) standards and MIL standards. It has a mass of 300 g and measures 85 x 53 x 60 mm. The magnetometer is ideal for providing attitude reference in LEO missions.
