The HMC2003 magnetic hybrid from Honeywell Aerospace is a Magnetometer that has an resolution of 40 μgauss and a sensitivity of 0.98-1.02 V/gauss. This high sensitive magnetometer has a three-axis magnetic sensor hybrid assembly used to measure low magnetic field strengths and has analog interfaces with critical nodes and pin interfaces for maximum user flexibility. It requires a DC voltage of 15 V for operation and has three precision low-noise instrumentation amplifiers with 1kHz low pass filters to provide accurate measurements. This magnetometer has has very low magnetic material content and is ideal for applications such as precision compassing, navigation systems, attitude reference, traffic detection, proximity detection and medical devices.
