The Magnetometer ACM from Astrofein is a Magnetometer that has a range of ±60000 nT and a resolution of 100 pT/LSB. It has a noise range of 50 pT/√Hz and a linearity of 0.025%. This high precision magnetometer is developed in cooperation with Magson GmbH with two different measurements modes having Ethe electronics and sensors are qualified according vibration specs for Ariane, Delta and Sojus launchers. It requires a voltage supply of 16-40 V and a power consumption of 1-1.2 W. The magnetometer supports RS485 data interfaces and has a design lifetime of 7 years. It has a mass of 280 g and measures 138 x 55 x 39 mm. This space-qualified magnetometer is ideal for attitude control of large and small satellites.
