It has on-off keying of 2.5 Gbps and a power consumption of 10 W. The SDA v3.0 OCT compliant communication terminal has transmit fiber laser of range 1530-1565 and has a slew time of 25 deg/s. It has a higher data rates and alternate coherent communication protocols (DPSK, DQPSK) with CCSDS 141-10 compatibility.
