The IMU 42-CV from Cielo Inertial Solutions is an Inertial Measurement Unit with a gyro angular random walk of 0.07 degrees/√hr and a dynamic range of +/-1000 degrees/sec. It has an accelerometer scale factor of 1500 PPM short-term over temp (1 sigma) and a threshold of 100 µg. This IMU employs the latest closed-loop fiber-optic gyro (FOG) and linear rebalanced accelerometer technology. It requires an input power supply of 5 VDC and has a power consumption of up to 15 W. The IMU supports SDLC and RS-422 interfaces and has data rates ranging from 100-4800 Hz. It has a mass of 840 g and a volume of 0.45 liter.
