The X7R BME Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors from Kyocera AVX are Space Qualified capacitors with a capacitance range of 2.2-2200 uF. These capacitors require a supply voltage of 16-100 V and have a tolerance of 5-10 %. They feature Sn/Pb and Flexiterm termination for protection against board flexure either during assembly or product lifetime. The design of these capacitors covers ESCC 3009041, NASA S311-P838, and Mil 32535 ranges. They are suitable for non-flight prototype applications.
