The VHCD-L-2 / VSCD-L-2 from WORK Microwave is a Block Downconverter that has an input RF frequency range of 950-2150 MHz and an intermediate frequency of 5170/5100 MHz. This L-band downconverter has a frequency resolution of 100 Hz and a phase noise of up to -112 dBc/Hz. It has an impedance of 50 Ohms and an input/output return loss greater than 20 dB. The block downconverter has an operational input level of -45 dBm and a 1 dB compression point of greater than 10-13 dBm. It has an image rejection of greater than 80 dB and a noise figure less than 12 dB. The downconverter requires an input supply of 100-240 V AC and has a power consumption of 35 W. It supports remote control through RS232, RS422/485 (2-wire or 4-wire) interfaces, Ethernet supporting TCP/IP command interface, Web browser interface and SNMP.
