The Assembly JIG from Endurosat is a Mechanical Support and Satellite Assembly that is designed to support 1U, 1.5U, 2U, and 3U CubeSats. It has a total mass of 4010 g and is available in 3 JIG configurations - Vertical Assembly Configuration, Horizontal Assembly Configuration, and Protective Configuration (for storage and transportation). Its vertical/horizontal configuration has a mass of 1500 g and the protective configuration has a mass of 3500 g. This anti-electrostatic cover JIG's metal parts are made up of Aluminum 6 series are blue anodized with a pearl finish. The JIG parts in contact with the satellite are all plastic (built up of high friction resistive and antistatic polyacetal POM) which prevents your CubeSat from being scratched. This Assembly JIG measures 352 x 150 x 40 mm and is ideal for CubeSat transport, protection, and lab equipment.
