L-Band SatCom

  • Switches-SPDT: MACOM offers an extensive collection of switches covering multiple commercial and aerospace and defense markets. The product portfolio has a broad frequency spectrum from DC to 70 GHz.
  • Low Noise Amplifiers: MACOM's low noise amplifier MMICs cover frequencies from DC to 86 GHz operation for a wide range of applications, including network infrastructure, radar, and communication systems. MACOMs portfolio of low noise amplifiers offers a broad array of noise figures, input IP3, and input power in bare die and a variety of package types.  Offerings include wideband distributed topologies and self or actively biased configurations tailored to system design needs.

S-Band SatCom

  • Variable Gain Amplifiers: MACOM designs, manufacture, and support a broad family of Variable Gain Amplifiers (VGAs) for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave applications. MACOM's VGAs cover frequencies from 50 MHz to 40 GHz and are used in a variety of Network, Commercial, Aerospace, and Defense applications. These products are available in industry-standard plastic packaging and are designed for both 50 Ohm and 75 Ohm applications.

C-Band SatCom

  • Limiters: MACOM offers a complete line of RF and microwave limiters, LNA/limiters, and limiting amplifiers up to 18 GHz. These products use the latest thin-film hybrid manufacturing techniques to obtain the highest levels of performance, repeatability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Using the latest technology available in the industry for silicon and GaAs FET MMICs, these products are ideal for multi-market and aerospace and defense applications.

X-Band SatCom

  • Mixers: MACOM's mixers are offered as single, double-balanced, and image reject covering narrow and wideband frequencies up to 64 GHz. Mixers are used in both up and down-frequency conversion applications. These discrete passive mixers are offered in bare die, surface mount package, and connectorized form factors.

Ka-Band SatCom

  • Amplifier Gain Blocks: MACOM designs, manufacture and support a wide portfolio of Amplifier Gain Blocks for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave applications. The amplifier gain blocks cover frequencies ranging from DC to 45 GHz. MACOM’s gain blocks are used in a variety of 50 Ohm and 75 Ohm applications including; Networks, Commercial and Aerospace and Defense. Leveraging the latest innovative technology these products are available in both standard plastic packaging and bare die.

Ku-Band SatCom

  • Frequency Multipliers: MACOM offers a line of frequency multipliers that can be used in a variety of communications applications. The multipliers cover frequencies to 50 GHz and combine an active Doubler with an output buffer amplifier to deliver constant power over a range of input powers, resulting in an excellent rejection of the fundamental and harmonic products. MACOM’s multipliers are available as bare die or in surface mount lead-free QFN packages.
