Skylabs is Pioneering Space with Cutting-Edge Technology and Innovation

SkyLabs is aiming to reshape the space market by introducing a wave of disruptive technologies, innovative products, and transformative solutions to redefine the very fabric of space exploration. This space-technology-oriented company is providing miniaturized on-board data handling solutions and an innovative approach to space engineering.

SkyLabs primarily focuses on high-tech tailor-made solution development, including fault-tolerant hardware and software development, digital signal processing, radiation hardened-by-design IP core development, fast prototyping, and space/ground segment communication.

Skylabs focuses on 3 key aspects of visionary:

Different: Leveraging new ideas to introduce innovative technologies for the emerging aerospace market.

Resilient: Sophisticated fault-tolerant design enables previously unreachable nano-scale applications.

Efficient: Deliver more by combining the next level of integration with reduced overall system complexity.

Products

Skylabs has a wide range of products like IP cores, on-board computers, communication systems, EPS etc.

On-Board Computers: On-board computers, or embedded systems, are compact, specialized machines programmed for specific tasks. They excel in efficiency and reliability, operating in real time to respond promptly to data or environmental changes. They're integral in automotive, aerospace, medical, and consumer electronics, enhancing performance and functionality across industries. Skylabs' Nano series has 4 different OBCs for different purposes: NANOhpc, NANOstorage, NANOhpm, and NANOobc-2.

EGSE: SkyLabs satellite equipment represents a turnkey solution when it comes to EGSE support. Various options for advanced EGSE equipment and software are available. skyEGSE family of solutions is a key to efforts reduction during equipment Assembly, Integration, and Testing phase thus enabling customers faster “Time-to-Space”.

Electrical Power System: Skylabs EPS supports the safest and most accurate solar array energy conversion method using the novel Analog Maximum Power Point Tracking feature, targeted for use on nano and microsatellites. Fault tolerance is assured by SkyLabs’ radiation harness assurance, which is based on a delicate component selection process and their radiation characteristics and flight heritage, latch-up protection by constant current monitoring, and several other mitigation techniques. They have 3 EPS in their line of NANO-series - NANOeps-2, NANOamppt-2 and NANOeps-mini-2.
