Company: United Launch Alliance

United Launch Alliance's (ULA) heavy-lift, expendable, two-stage-to-orbit launch vehicle is called Vulcan Centaur. Its main purpose is to fulfill launch requirements for the National Security Space Launch (NSSL) program of the US government, which is intended to be used for national security satellite launches by the US Space Force and US intelligence organizations. Due to their retirement, ULA's current heavy-lift launch systems, Atlas V and Delta IV Heavy, will be replaced by it.
