Company: ABL Space Systems
Following the failure of the first flight, ABL chose to proceed straight to the upgraded Block 2 version of the RS1 rocket rather than launching the second previously constructed RS1 (Block 1) spacecraft. Improvements including additional thrust and propellant are included in that iteration, along with design adjustments meant to boost output. A newly constructed launch mount is also employed. The launch vehicle can be assembled at any clean-pad launch site because all of these parts are air liftable and don't require a fixed launch infrastructure.
