Rocket Lab, an American aerospace business based in New Zealand with a wholly owned subsidiary in New Zealand, Electron is a partially recoverable orbital launch vehicle. In order to serve the small satellite launch market for businesses, Electron was designed. The kick stage, an alternative third stage created by Rocket Lab, is intended to circularize the orbits of the satellite payloads. In less time, the stage also places satellites in a more precise orbit. The Electron kick stage is 3D manufactured, employs an unidentified green bipropellant, and has a single Curie engine that can do several burns. The first time it was utilized was on Electron's second flight. The maximum payload that the kick stage can move is 150 kg (330 lbs).
